Stories from Crete!

I may or may not have mentioned that I'm taking photography lessons (on my instagram account I mean). So once a week I try to get out of the house just to explore and "shoot" things in order to learn my camera. The following pictures were taken a couple of months ago with a compact camera. Would love to hear your thoughts!!!

I had been wanting to hike through Agia Irene Gorge for the past three years and finally made it a week ago. I wonder what took me so long. It was an experience worth while.

Two weeks ago I had the chance to go on a road trip to Sougia. Sougia is on the south coast of Chania, a little village right next to the sea. Although I never was too fond of taking a swim there, this time I changed my mind. So far this year it's been my best day at the beach!!!
